Rare Vintage Goebel Friar Tuck Monk Egg Timer. In excellent pre-owned vintage condition, this early Goebel (the same maker of Hummels) egg timer has no chips, cracks, or repairs. This piece stands about 3 1/4" tall and is approximately 4" long. It retains it's original glass egg timer with copper colored sand and the wire holder. Marked on bottom, made in W. Germany, with a blue early stylized blue V bee mark, please see photos for description. A bit of age glaze crazing in places, this very rare Friar Tuck Monk Goebel egg timer would make a great addition to any collection!
