The chain is marked 14K Gold Filled and is approx. 18 inches long. The medal or pendant is enamel or resin and features the Virgin Mary. The medal is goldtone. It is marked GERMANY on the inside of the bale. Pendant is approx. 1 inch long including the bale. In lovely condition. The medal is approx. 1.5 inches long. It is not marked for metal content, only says ITALY. It is medium weight, and not aluminum. From an estate of vintage medals from Europe. It is on a stainless steel 24 inch chain that does have a spring clasp. Excellent detail and good vintage condition.
