OMG � This is one of those TRULY VINTAGE CHRISTMAS ITEMS that the lover of Christmas Past must have!!!! � When I first saw it I thought to myself, "My My-Isn't this one of those items that could serve so MANY needs!" � I saw it as the homemade plastic bag wreath that it is, then I saw it as a Lovely Accessory for the Ugly Christmas Sweater Party as either a hat or even as a neck "collar" if you can spare about 5 inches, then I saw it as a centerpiece for the "retro table", or even a "skirt" for your holiday cake stand. � I bought it at an estate sale for re-sale but dog gone it I kinda like it and have thought about keeping it. � But, I am willing to part with it if you have a special need for it and if you can guarantee it is going to a good home with people who love to laugh and have a great time! � This Hat/Wreath/Table Decoration is approx. 18" in diameter and has approx. 6" of clear space in the middle.; and approx. 5" thick (without smashing it). � It is made of hundreds of little plastic pieces that are gingerly � tied to a metal clothes hanger. � PLEASE SEE ALL PICTURES. � I only list items that are smoke-free and as always I combine shipping if you buy/win 2 or more of my auction items. � Just for the record I sold some pretty ugly Christmas Sweaters last week and am getting ready to list about 20 more if you are in need;
