IN WORKING ORDER. UNMARKED. IT MEASURES ABOUT 4 INCHES ACROSS THE BASE AND STANDS ABOUT 3.25 INCHES. BASE LOOKS LIKE CAST IRON WITH PAINT. NICE CHIME WHEN THE BELL IS HIT.
