Ich bringe Glück Kaminfeger Chimney Sweep #12/1 World famous "M. J. Hummel ® figurines are made by the noted German ceramic and porcelain manufacturer W. Goebel Porzellanfabrik under exclusive license from the Convent of Siessen, Germany. Up for your consideration is a mint Hummel, "School Girl"This beautiful figurine is 5 ¼ in height.She has no chips, cracks, or crazing, and her finish is pristine, with no warn spots. She has the stamped signature impression on the top of her base. On the bottom of the base she carries the impressed numbers 81/0. A hand written mark and other impressions that seem to be an S over a number 1 also are visible.In the upper right corner of the photo of the base t is a dark spot which is actually a small spot of glazing. This might look like a crack in the photo, but I ran my finger overthe ridge and felt no depressions or raised spots. This figurine along with others was acquired in Germany by my Grandmother. She loved and proudly displayed her collection in a glass breakfront over the years.
