VINTAGE M I HUMMEL TMK 4 JUST RESTING # 112 3/0 FIGURINE All items we list have been found in storage for many years in estates on the Northshore of Massachusetts, which we are able to offer here for sale for the first time. This is a another cute vintage hummel that I am listing. The hummel is known as Just Resting. The figurine has a product number of 112 3/0 which is incised on the base and is also stamped with the TMK 4 mark which was used until 1972. The base is also incised with the date 1938 which the date that this figurine started to be produced. The figurine is a small girl sitting on a fence taking a break with her basket sitting on the ground next to her. The figurine is inscribed with the M. I. Hummel signature on the back edge of the base. Watch for more Hummels to be listed in the near furture. The hummel measures 4 inches in height and 2 and 5/8's inches across at the base. The figurine is in good condition. I believe a little of the bow at the top in her left braid has been chipped. There is light crazing on the figurine. There are no other chips, flea bites, cracks, dings, breaks or repairs to report. The figurine could use a little cleaning. Please take a look at the photos to help you decide.
