Hello Folks,This auction is for a vintage Jensen Mfg. Company steam engine, model #60. Date of make is unknown and not stated. Features steam chamber, valves, pistons which all seem to be in working condition. It has NOT been tested though, as I wouldn't begin to know how it runs. :) It's condition is really exceptional good considering. Bottom plate is a liiiiittle rusty, but not corroded. Burn marks can be seen by the main chamber, so this has definitely been used. Bottom plate appears to be tin or aluminum, and other parts made of steel. I have never run across an item like this. When I heard it actually runs on steam, I thought it was interesting. One of the coolest educational toys I've seen. More can be read about Jensen's steam engines >>>> / Please use caution with this!
