This adorable vintage baby carrier was given to me years ago when my son was born. Unfortunately I never used it; I wasn't really sure how it worked. ^^;; Now that my son is nearly grown, I've moved into a much smaller place, and must reluctantly part with most of my vintage textile and garment treasures. Going by the age of the friend who gave it to me, I believe it dates to the 1950s or 1960s. It's light blue with a cute western "cowboys and indians" motif printed in white, dark red and browns. it's quilted and piped in a darker shade of baby blue. The tag is in Korean on the front side, but on its back side it says in English letters: Korean Busan and a telephone number. The carrier appears to be in gently used vintage condition. There is one cosmetic flaw; a tan rust-like stain on one tie-end. There are a few other stains too, but not as big. I saw no holes or other damage. The carrier's main part measures about 46.5 inches long by about 19.25 inches wide. The straps measure about 59 inches long by 2 inches wide, each. I believe it is made of cotton, with cotton batting. I'm not positive, though. It's very soft and slightly heavy. I am unsure how to clean it safely, so any cleaning will have to be done by the buyer. It seems reasonably clean, however, and free of odors.
