You are bidding on a pink depression glass pedestal bowl in the Romanesque pattern by LE Smith dating to the early 1930s . The pink color is reportedly the more seldom seen color. The pattern features an art deco/art nouveau inspired cross-hatch. It measures approximately 10" across and stands about 4" high. This bowl came from the estate of one of our customers and is fair-to-good estate condition with no cracks, but there are chipped areas on three "points" of the rim - one chip extends under the point creating a small smooth depression . They are more noticeable to the feel than to the eye. It is thick glass and quite heavy. We attempt to describe all our items as completely and accurately as possible.
