You are bidding on a used not new 1960's mail carrier bag wth a few issues,but the leather is in good condition for the exception of two areas where the stiching has come loose.The strap is missing and it could use a good saddle soap washing.The U.S.A began using zip codes in 1963 but was not required but proved to help speed the delivery of. Overall this is a fine piece of historic mail carriers tools.Please exam all the photo's to obtain the proper perspective before you bid, any questions that I can answer I will do so, please ask.Thank you for looking and good luck.
