Vintage Lefton April Figurine with Diamond Rhinestone - Red Tag JAPAN Check out this great vintage Lefton JAPAN birthday figurine for the month of APRIL. Original paper label on the bottom and the rhinestone diamond is in tact and in great condition. There's just a tiny flake in the gold portion on the bottom of the right wing that I photographed. It's a little taller than 4 inches and the widest part of the base is about 3 inches.
