I imagine this is from the 1950's or 1960's. It was most likely used to display a bra and panties, or girdle. It stands 3 feet high and is in excellent condition. The entire mannequin lights up, unlike the photo, which looks like just the bottom lights up. Buyer to pay actual priority shipping cost, or parcel post if it's less expensive. Your choice.
