Here is one of three standard cars that we have listed that go with the 42 engine we also have listed. The cars have all been restored. This one has some minor denting or creasing on the roof. As is as found, see photos. PLEASE READ ALL OF THE INFORMATION PROVIDED BELOW AND BEFORE BIDDING - we know it takes time but it is important, we want every transaction to go smoothly and every bidder to know what to expect from us. Unless otherwise indicated, all items are used and sold as is as found no returns, of course if we make an error in our listing and an item is not as described (if we miss obvious damage, if we state an item works and it does not) we are always willing to work with our buyers. No returns for any reason after 3 days from delivery, that should allow plenty of time to open and inspect your item. We are selling used, older, and played with items, expect normal age appropriate signs of wear and use, sometimes odors, dust, etc. We make every effort to point out wear or damage that is beyond normal. We would never intentionally mislead a bidder, we simply may not know if pieces are missing, if there has been restoration, or if whatever information we have is accurate, let us know if you need something checked, and we welcome corrections if you see something is not right or not complete . Most of the items we sell are consigned and we may have little or no familiarity with them. What is in the photos is what is in the auction (except props), and photos are as much a part of the description as the verbal information so please look at them closely, if you do not see something do not assume it is included, it is not. If you need additional photos or have questions let us know. FOR BOX LOTS OR LARGE LOTS: We get some great lots from our consignors. But these lots are not described or inspected item by item. We will try to note any problems while handling the items but we will not guarantee we catch everything and we do not check every item. Listing box lots instead of item by item in many different auctions means we can list at at a low starting price for the whole lot rather than the same starting price for each piece. And although the shipping for a large lot of items can get expensive because of weight or box size, it certainly is a lot less than the accumulated cost of shipping each item by itself if they were bought one at a time. Listing box lots also allows us to list items that we would not otherwise list, because their individual value would be too low. So although we are limited to the amount of detail we can give about the individual items in a box lot, and we may not catch some damage, you get a substantial shipping savings, access to more of a variety of items, and sometimes a treasure in the mix! If the winning bidder does not want all the items in a lot let us know before we pack the morning after the auction. SHIPPING INFO : Sometimes shipping can be more expensive than estimated - if an item sells for over 250.00 we have to double box it for insurance purposes, because box size and weight will change, or sometimes when we are packing we realize the size we thought would work we decide is not going to allow for safe shipping. We can not prepack because we need to be able to answer qyestions. We will only ship to the address that is on your paypal payment as the ship to address. If you want a package shipped elsewhere please change it before paying. If you have any specific packing advice or requests we need to be told BEFORE we pack the morning after the auction. Let us know when you bid or right after the auction. We always check for a less expensive way to ship after the auction, sometimes a flat rate box or Regional box is less, sometimes Fed Ex is less, but until we have final size, weight and destination we are only ESTIMATING shipping cost .
