Each of this lot of three Beswick whisky flasks or decanters has a wealth of information to its underside. Please see photos. All are in very good vintage condition – no chips, cracks, scratches, etc. - , except for requiring replacement corks. · The Loch Ness Monster (5” tail to snout X 3 ½” to top of tam). Although this flask doesn’t have “Beswick” to its underside, it was made by Peter Thomson, the firm that produced all Beswick’s Beneagles flasks. · .A majestic eagle (4 ¼” tall) signed by the artist “J. G. Longue” and dated 1969. T are the remains of it's paper to the underside. · Scottish national (mythical) “Haggis Bird” (3” X 2 ½” tall) signed by the artist “A. Hallam” and dated 1972. These are three of the most interesting and popular of the Beneagles scotch flasks. We will be listing a number of china, porcelain and pottery pieces this week and next. Please stay tuned.
