I solely specialise in restoring and refurbishing trunks and chests to a high standard.This is not a shabby chic trunk like the majority of chests on e-bay but one which has been painstakingly fully restored.All restoration is by hand-not dipped in caustic soda but hand sanded,stained and polished so you purchase an antique worth cherishing rather than an old tatty chest fresh from a sale. Dimensions 100 cm wide, 58 cm deep, 33 cm tall A Vintage Cabin Travel Trunk A restored travel trunk.This would sit beautifully at the foot of a bed as a coffee table etc or could placed in a hallway or living room. Brown hessian trunk with polished leather handles to either end with brass fittings and coach lines.Leather edging to either end in good condition.One or two wear marks to polished brown hessian but overall in very good condition.Polished brass plated locks. Has a key and works but a bit rickety. Brass studs to the rim of the lid and to the top.Polished brass studding & brass plated fittings. Clean interior, suitable for any storage.
