we have a Beautiful Vintage Majolica 11.5" Figurine From the Victorian Era. It it a Beautiful & Colorful Blue Heron next to a Faux Vase that has an Iris Flower attached to it. It truly is a beautiful piece. I knew it was at least older than 1904 as someone wrote in pencil on the Unglazed Concave Bottom area "For Ma, Dec 25, 1904". Piece has some incised numbers also on the bottom "8012" and "27". T are no other names on the bottom except maybe a funny backward "N" & "O" (under the zero of the $2.50). Also says x 12/$2.50 Recently purchased from an estate of a couple in their late 80's. This piece is in good condition. This is NOT actually an open vase as it is NOT OPEN at the top, but it is like a base/pedestal. (See photos).
