~Welcome~ You are bidding on a blue garter to I believe "Bride's Dream" #947 It almost looks older, to me, than some. The elastic is thinner, in this one, and it looks more elegant...There is just one flower, and I don't really see a place where there could have been another one. Anyway, this might be one of the first Mattel vintage Barbie garters, that was made. It's in good shape with good elastic. Shipping is $2.50 U.S. and $7.55 Worldwide. Thanks :)
