This auction is for a Vintage Meerschaum Hand Carved Pipe with its Original Hard Case. There is a full foot with claw carved around the pipe bowl. Very intricate lines. The pipe measures 7 inches long from outside of bowl to tip of stem. It measures from under bowl to top of bowl just about 2 1/2 inches. The reddish brown marble looking stem, (beautiful color) measures 3 3/8 inches long. On the stem it reads: CAO in a little gold circle. This gorgeous pipe is in great condition, one minor mark on the side. Please see pictures. The hard brown case with a yellow gold velvet lining is in excellent condition. Very minor ash marks inside. An antique looking clasp holds it closed tightly. There is also a gold sticker with black lettering stating: Made in Turkey on the side of the case. This case measures 8 inches long, sturdy and hard.
