DescriptionVINTAGE METAL BRASS PEACOCK FOLD OUT FAN FIREPLACE SCREEN FIREGUARD 38" WINGED WOMAN FIRE PLACE Thankyou for looking at my auction. Today i am offering a wonderful vintage fireplace screen made of brass with intricate scroll work and details on both front and back of the base and handle. A woman's image adorns the front and back. These carvings adorn the handle which is used when the screen folds up, making this screen beautiful both open and closed. The screen folds up and has 2 latches to keep it in place. Solid Brass and heavy, this screen is a perfect addition to your Hollywood Regency, Art Deco, or Victorian style decor and looks awesome with or without a fireplace.This is a very beautiful and older piece but in very good condition, some wear consistent with age.
