VINTAGE APOLLO 11 MANNED FLIGHT AWARENESS NASA WITH ASTRONAUTS ARMSTRONG COLLINS & ALDRIN I am currently in the process of going through a lot of Space related items from a former TWA employee. TWA was a contractor in the early space program. These items include vintage pamphlets, original documents, and several numbered and unnumbered original photographs. I am not an expert in this field, but will attempt to describe items as accurately as possible. Please stayed tuned, and look for other original Space items. You are bidding on a VERY UNCOMMON Vintage Official NASA 8 x 10 1/2 inch Apollo 11 "Manned Flight Awareness" Poster/Sign (on Heavy Paper stock). The poster reads "PRECIOUS CARGO" "Our lives -in your hands". These posters were produced during the Apollo Era for Employees only. These were hung in various places at Kennedy Space Center to remind employees of their mission. This one is especially UNIQUE, with sketches of the crew of Apollo 11 Neil Armstrong, Edwin Aldrin, and Michael COLLINS. Inside the red box and below the NASA logo is the writing “NASA FORM 1368-A NOV. 67 “ The poster was stored rolled except for the edges this poster is in good condition, the edges do have rips, tears, and wrinkles and show signs of wear.
