The kit was prepared for Boy Scouts of America National Supply Service Division by Johnson & Johnson and was made in U.S.A. This grey box still has some of the original items inside. Condition is fine with some rust on bottom of kit. Items included in kit: Johnson & Johnson First Aid Guide, 1 - Red Cross Bandage 1 inch, 1 - Red Cross Bandage 2 inch, 1- Tube of Petrolatum and 1 - Bottle of Halazone. T is also a pencil.
