VINTAGE SEARS PISTOL GRIP FISHING ROD WITH AMBASSADEUR REEL Only shipping to UNITED STATES. No international bidders please. Vintage Marked Genuine Fiber Glass - Sears Roebuck & Co. & Simpson Sears Ltd. Not sure but rod could be a JC Higgins. Vintage fishing rod model1 - uses 3/8-5/8 oz. lures & 12-15 lb. line. Good condition with wear from age & use, some pitting to metal handle. Some pitting on rod about 18” from end. Otherwise rod in good condition. All the eyes, threads, and wrappings are in good condition. Rod and pistol grip is about 4’ 10” in length. Includes Ambassadeur Fishing Reel. Reel is marked “Ambassadeur ABU Sweden”. On bottom of reel is marked, “Made in Sweden”. Reel does not have a model number. Some wear around the reel’s edges. I do not know much about fishing equipment but reel can be engaged to make Slight movement to winder mechanism. On the left side of the reel, not sure if the round mechanism with the numbers is working properly. Shipping item in one piece, no disassembly. Fishing line included. Photos taken indoors in natural light without flash near two windows except for #9 it was taken indoors with overhead ceiling light and without flash. Delivery in 10 – 12 business days AFTER seller receives cleared payment.
