My great great great great grandmother was a Seminole maiden. My great great great great grandfather was a sea-faring Swede. At New Orleans, he met my Seminole ancestor , married her and brought her back to Sweden !! So my interest in things Seminole. We purchased this beautiful doll many, many years ago in an Indian gift shop. It is completely hand-made. Note the "stand" (last two pictures) whis is sewn together so beautifully. It makes the doll stand upright. The clothes are typical Seminole dress with the bright colors. It will brighten any nook w dolls are displayed. It is in MINT condition. It stands 9 and 3/4 inches high. Please note the intricate sewing and the beads around the neck !! It may be a little dusty !
