I have a vintage split bamboo fishing rod. It is a 2-piece rod, but I can't get the pieces apart. It is about 67" long, including the metal guide at the tip. It has a grooved wooden handle, and a rubber knob at the end, which is hardened and cracked with age. There is a metal section where the reel would be attached, and the other metal guides are missing - you can see the threads where they were attached. It seems to be in pretty good, solid condition otherwise. Please ask any questions - I don't know anything about fishing rods, but I'll answer to the best of my ability.
