The figure is in great condition with lite wear on the collar, hair and hands. The limbs are not loose. It comes with it's weapon. Take a close look at the photos since that is the figure and weapon you will receive. It is dated 1977. I believe that all the weapons are original issue. The figure is from an adult collection put together over many years. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, figures may be returned as long as the packing seal has not been broken.
