Vintage Venezuelan Model 1949 Long Bayonet with Scabbard. Bayonet measures 20.25" overall with a blade length of 15". with muzzle ring diameter at .720". These are identical to the Belgium 1924/1949, but this one has a larger muzzle ring to fit the Belgium M1949ABL Rifle Shows some age patina, wear, use, blade shows original shine with some wear, use, scratches, some tiny pin prick pitting around the right side mostly. One small spot on the left up front by the point. Black scabbard showing some scattered paint loss with brown patina underneath, blade shows some scattered pitting mostly around the throat area, then a couple of spots by the point on the back only. Serial no is stamped on the pommel end 2712. Very good working press-stud. Wood grips show dark age patina, with some small tight cracks around rivets.
