Vintage Couturier Design Pattern Galitzine of Italy Size 16 Measurements: Bust 36", Waist 28", Hip 38" Irene Galitzine (Gal-it-zeen) -- star of Italian couture. A Russian princess and a beauty in her own right, her touch is light, romantic and extremely individual. Dress and Coat Semi-fitted dress and coat cut on bias. Coat has front yoke, open notched collar and seven-eights length sleeves. Snap front closing with buttons on outside. Sleeveless dress has bateau neckline with slit on yoke front. Pattern is uncut
