Vintage Vogue Jill 1957 #7417 Black Velvet Ensemble NM Jill and background scene and dolls are not included in listing. It is tax time again and I must sacrifice some of the best of my collection, these will be excellent items, some rare and some minty. Check my other listings for the opportunity to own these wonderful items, t will be no reserve and I start my items low to thwart Ebay's fees . This lovely black velvet dress is from 1957. It is made from heavy black velvet with a pink double net petticoat and an intricate long pink satin wrap with flowers at each end and poofs at the shoulders. It closes with a snap at the back. It has the Vogue label. She is wearing a pearl choker and black high heeled Jill shoes. She is wearing a pink corsage tucked into the neckline to add to her glamorous look. Condition - the dress and petticoat are near mint, the wrap needs pressing and the ends of the ribbon could be cut to make the end sharper but the wrap is in good condition too, it looks like stains but those are shadows on the wrap. T are no stains, rust marks or tears. I do not charge a handling fee, I try to give the best price for shipping.
