This is a World War II nurses cape. I had it professionaly cleaned and it came out beautiful. T are no holes, rips or stains.Haron Mfg is the label. It measures 33 inches from collar to edge. It is wool with a red lining.Inside t are two extra attachment pieces.As it is now t is one closure attachment on the front of cape. T is a button above this for another attachment if you want to use two. The original owners name is embroidered inside the neck and t are some very ornate letters on collar.I don't think these are a persons initials. I think they stand for rank possibly. It looks like C ,?, N . The n is probably nurse.This is conjecture only. This cape is dark blue.My flash at times makes the colors look blown out.
