This is a vintage 1978 First Day of Issue envelope for the First Mars Landing Society Second Anniversary for the Viking Lander 1 mission to Mars - signed on the front by Gerald A. Soffen, A. Thomas Young, James S. Martin, and Israel Taback (real signatures). Inside is an autographed sheet of the charter members present at the organization meeting of the First Mars Landing Society on July 19 1978 (most likely this is a facsimile). Finally there is a card signed by Jack Van Ness for the First Mars Landing Society. FDC is in good condition and there is some wear on back of envelope. Sold AS IS. Please see all pics for detail.
