This is a stunning vintage, Italian Florentine, handmade in Florence, Italy framed (under glass) religious icon of the Madonna and child or Virgin Mary by Lippi. The frame has been hand painted with goldleaf and ivory hitw crimson accents. This piece measures 6 1/2 x 7" long and is in excellent conditon. This would make an excellent Christmas gift or holiday decoration! I HAVE MUCH MORE RELIGIOUS ITALIAN ICONS THIS WEEK!
