This flap was issued to Past Wahissa Lodge Chiefs at a dinner for past Lodge Chiefs in September 2013. Only a small number were produced, and the extra flaps will be retained to distribute to future Wahissa Lodge Chiefs. The only Wahissa Flap ever made with such a limited release. This flap is similar in design to the flap issued with the 75th Anniversary set, with the exception of a yellow border. There will be very few opportunities to purchase or trade for this flap compared to other Wahissa 118 issues.Posted with eBay Mobile
