Hi. You are bidding on a near mint advertising plate of the FairFax Hotel located in Washington, D.C. This was made by the Warwick China Co. which was located in Wheeling, WV. from 1887-1951. The plate measures 10 1/2 inches in diameter. Plate is white with three rings of gold trim. Warwick actually used 24 KT. gold in thier paint which was hand done. T is no fading to any of the gold. The plate has no surface ware, scratches, repairs, chips or cracks. I would call it mint but some people have different opinions. The face of the plate has a picture of the FairFax with blue sky and few clouds in the back ground which can be seen in the pictures. This would make a nice addition to several collectors. Warwick, advertising, and hotel-motel collectors. Winning bidder is to email with in 3 days of auctions end on how You will pay and payment is due with in 7 days of auctions end.
