After 25 years of collecting and custom building/weathering HO trains/buildings I have finally finished my layout... the Hidden Creek RR. And I have room for no more and must repurpose a lot of my favorites to a new home, your layout.Custom painted, weathered two story industrial building currently identified as CARRS AUTO PARTS, but can be easily customized. Nicely detailed with Ford Billboard, window air conditioner and glazed windows. Needs a little TLC and add some lighting and you have a great addition to your layout.Base Footprint... approx. 5.0" L X 4.0" W X 3.5" H.FREE grab bag of two unpainted diecast accessories with each purchase... could be a roof vent, pallet, oil tank, mailbox or chimney.
