This is a beautiful Westmoreland Argonaut Shell Candy Dish. It is a pretty aqua satin blue. It is adorned with shells and has the dolphin feet, with the shell finial on the top. It measures approximately 7" high and 5 3/4" diameter. A beautiful piece with no serious flaws. It does have a tiny chip on the outside but is barely noticeable. Otherwise in great condition. Another nice piece by Westmoreland would make a great addition to your collection.
