Your patronage, and, in many cases loyalty has been, and, will be, greatly appreciated. Most that have bid on these rolls and have won the auctions have gotten a mixed bag. Some rolls have been exceptionally good (see feed back on finds), while others are generic, and ho-hum. It is the nature of what they are, pot-luck. Some are fantastic, and some are average, and some will never meet your expectations. That brings me to the following: 1) 100% of the Auctions start at .01 cent. 2) Anything you bid over the value of the end coins is like buying a lottery ticket, until you open it, you have no idea what is inside, and if you overbid with a grandiose expectation, I shall not take the blame for that, and, at the same time, neither shall I ask you to share on your good fortune if you find something really good. When we buy a lottery ticket we only know that some tickets (few) lead to great fortune, while others are somewhat profitable, and still others are losers. I make no claims whatsoever, other than the end coins, and 100% of the time what you see on the ends, is what you will get. I often times offer an opinion as to what grade the coin appears to be, but also please know I am not a coin grader, so use your own judgment, I offer an opinion only. Sometimes coins have been cleaned, and I try to note them if I think they have been, but I don't always know, so you have to decide. DO SO BEFORE BIDDING, NOT AFTER!! MY OBLIGATIONS TO YOU ARE AS FOLLOWS AND WILL DO SO 100% OF THE TIME: 1) List what the end coins are, and make sure those are the exact coins you get. 2) Offer a clear, close-up photo of each and every end coin so you can evaluate as good as a photo will allow. I magnify all photos so you can see every potential detail good or bad of what is visible before you bid. 3) Once you have fulfilled payment obligations, the coins are sent within 24 hrs and same day if payment is received by 9 a.m. E.S.T. . Remember, I am in the Eastern Time zone and ship in the morning, payments that come in later than 9 a.m. E.S.T. are shipped the next day. The only exception being loss of power, or extenuating circumstances beyond my control, of which thankfully have not occurred yet. MOST IMPORTANTLY: Those are my responsibilities, so please allow me the same courtesy, and personally take ownership of your own actions. If you get carried away and bid beyond what you see in value, don't take it out on me, I did nothing wrong. The couple of negative feedbacks I have received were exactly for that reason. The buyer stated that the rolls were not worth X-dollars, and didn't even contact me, went directly to take their overbidding and disappointment out on me, and left negative feedback. See (MY OBLIGATIONS ABOVE 1-3). I get the disappointment.... truly I do, but don't take your actions out on me please, as in each case I delivered 100% on my obligations, there is nothing more I can do. WHY I DON'T OFFER RETURNS EVER: There is a part of this that is a gamble, and like any gamble you take on some risk when doing so. Try buying a lottery ticket and scratching it off, and bringing it back for a refund. You will be denied 100% of the time, because the mystery is gone. This is along the same lines, once the rolls leave here, and I have fulfilled my obligations, they belong to you. No one loves, and is happier than me when someone opens a great roll! I wish they were all great, but this just doesn't work that way. One final word. If any part of this does not make sense to you, please block me as a seller, and do not participate in my Auctions, and my hope for you is you buy a great roll somewhere! If you have an issue, I am going to send you an e-mail back that includes everything right here, and if I have fulfilled my obligations above, I won't be able to help you other than feel empathy for you, which I will. One e-mail I received stated, "That was the best roll I ever bought, had 8 indian heads, 6 BU lincolns, 1909-VDB (inside not on end), 1909 indian head (inside not outside), 1911-d Lincoln, 7 steels, 5 mercury dimes, and more." Your rolls are by far the best ever! It is one of many claiming to have gotten rolls with the bulk of the interior coins being BU's, Indian's, mercury dimes, semi key/key dates, steels, etc. Some cases 3 of every 4 coins is one of those mentioned! While I'm reporting this, please don't expect that to be the case, even though many of the rolls have been, I don't know what lies ahead, but this batch seems to be loaded beyond what I have seen from others. I wondered why the average purchase price has been rising, and the e-mails I have received have kind of told me why. Remember always bid responsibly, and whatever is inside should be a bonus, not an expectation, if you hold yourself to that thought process, we will both be happy.
