~ DESCRIPTION ~ Up for auction today we have a Whites of Utica Stoneware Pitcher with Embossed Cobalt Rose, Lily, & Daisy Pattern Ready to add to your growing collection of is this wonderful Pitcher made by the Whites of Utica Pottery. Dating between 1890 and 1907, this piece is a wonderful example of the skill that the Whites Pottery had gained in molded stoneware during those years. This beauty features a lovely bulbous form with a Raised Lily on one side & a Rose on the other . Surrounding the Rose & Lily are small Daisies dancing all around. A lovely pitcher for spring. Pitcher is solid & measures 8” tall x 4.5” across base. From outer handle to tip of spout approx. 7”across Very Good Condition for age & use. Pitcher has NO Breaks, Cracks, or Repairs. Spout is damage free. Pitcher has some tiny rim flea bites which are shown in pictures. They are minor but need to be mentioned. Also there are some type of brown discoloration marks on bottom, side, & under handle. Typical manufacturing imperfections. Please view the full set of pictures as part of the description.
