Thankfully that has rarely happened, and the time or two it has we've been able to work things out as you can see from my current feedback. I go to great lengths to describe the items accurately so this has only ever happened to me twice in the past ( once the shipper damaged the item, the other a woman thought she bought a 'new' DVD when it was clearly marked 'uesd'... both times they left negative feedback... whatever...) The value of my items are more than what is paid, as I am clearing out all my collections quickly. I don't accept returns for buyer's remorse. Return shipping is at buyer's expense as this is a risk inherent in a transaction that requires shipment. I rarely ship internationally.... although I do love my Canadian neighbors...
