For your consideration is this 1969 commemorative poster commissioned by Winchester-Western, manufacturer of the Winchester Model 94 Golden Spike Commemorative Carbine. This poster is a reproduction of a painting of the driving of the Golden Spike joining the East and West railroads. It is 14"x 28" poster, with a 9"x 24" printed area. It has two steam locomotives, horses and riders, horses and wagons, and spectators all on a grand western background of blue sky, clouds and mountains. The title of the piece of East meets West. There are no creases or scuffed corners. Edges are all crisp, colors not faced, border does not appear otherwise discolored. It has been stored rolled and will be mailed in a tube, so it will not be flat. This item is used and although we try to find all condition issues, we may miss something at times. Item is sold “as is.” Shipping is calculated for USPS parcel post for United States domestic destinations in the contiguous 48 states ONLY.
