is a blast from the past -- a 1963 Vac-U-Form by Mattel. It works, but you're going to have to find your own plastic sheets to form (I've seen them auctioned on ebay). What is included is the instruction booklet, a scribe (to cut the plastic), and many various type of molds (check out the image). If you're a baby boomer and want to re-visit your childhood, 's your chance. I was thinking this might also work to melt those extra credit cards that you don't need anymore!
