Here is a Really nice World War II Army Air Corps, Service Jacket. Looking over the jacket there seems to be no moth nips, tears or Stains. This jacket has nice patches starting with the Air Corps patch. The patch looks to be theater made due to the stitching around the edges. All buttons and lining are in tact as well. I am not sure of the size could not find a makers tag in any of the pockets. The jacket is small which is common for the time frame. Ribbon bar- Asiatic Pacific Campaign Ribbon, Word War II Victory Ribbon, and Philippine Liberation Ribbon; the ribbon bar is covered with a thin plastic cover. Cpl.Strips (5th Grade) and Ruptured Duck patch -Collar dicks are stamped- US & Army Air Corps The billfold is leather with a metal snap, and metal tips on the front flap, Army Air Corps wings and Army Air Force on the bottom. I would not open the billfold due to the age. There is a calendar inside Dated 1944 in one of the see through sleeves. Really nice collectors item by far. This is would be a really nice addition to your World War II Collection. Please email me with any questions or if you would like additional pictures.
