Nice Wostenholm Knife Company knife. The blade on these knives were made and put in storage in the 1980's by Parker cutlery company. Jim Parker licensed the IXL name and decided to produce the most popular patterns in Japan. He went through bankruptcy amd SMKW bought the blades and just now found a manufacturer in Japan to assemble them to their satisfaction. The IXL, Wostenholm trademark originated in Sheffield England in 1787! This is a 1-blade knife and is in new unused condition from parker warehouse. The knife is 4&1/2" closed and the blades are mirror polished with brass liners showing the extra quality and real tight blade open and close. Must see pictures for details. Thanks for looking.
