Up for auction is a U.S. Naval Aviator Wings of Gold that were made some w in the Far East pre or at the start of WW-II. The Wings have a hallmark that is not common, I have only seen this hallmark in the book called "U.S. Navy Wings of Gold 1917 to Present" If you have this book look on page 37, it is an unusual hallmark.The obscure hallmark looks to be stamped into a sterling casted wings. The Wings are 2-5/8"W and will make any Wing collector happy to add them into his collection.
