WW1 BWM to The Royal Scots (RS) A single British War Medal (BWM) correctly named to 1086 Sergeant Charles K Begbie 9th Royal Scots - "The Dandy Ninth". Medal sold with copy of medal index card (mic) from Ancestry. MIC shows Begbie was entitled to a 1914/15 trio, going to France on the 24th February 1915, and Territorial Efficiency Medal via Army Order 65 of 1921. Medal in NEF condition with ribbon.
