Hindenburgstar You are bidding on a star of the Grand Cross 1914 known better than "Hindenburgstern". The Hindenburgstern is a special stage of the Grand Cross of the iron cross and has its name of the only strap Paul von Hindenburg who already got this special stage like Blücher 100 years before . The original disappeared during the 2nd World War out of the Prussian army museum and has disappeared since this. The decoration is not part of the auction. You are bidding only on the "Hindenburgstern"
