3.5cm across stiff paper flag day badge dating from the 1913 to 1918 World War 1 period and as per the scan featuring a Comforts Day appeal by the WAF or Women in the Air Force. One side features an image of a tank and soldiers and says ' Comfort Day He Defends You ' whilst the other side says ' Our Men Want canteens, comforts, cigarettes, concerts, Help To Provide '. As per the scan the badge still retains its original pin.There is a small crease to the upper corner tip but otherwise as per the scans generally very good condition.This is one of a number of circa World War 1 flag day badges and similar I am listing, please see my other listings and note I will combine postage on multiple wins.POSTAGE UK Second Class £1.00, Europe £3.00, Worldwide £3.75
