Presents... WWII Longines LeCoultre Swiss Aircraft Clock Watch Army we have an 8 day US Army Air force type A-11 aircraft clock/watch. This time piece is in excellent, near mint condition and in perfect running order. It was used in the WWII era in the fighter and bomber airplanes. It is housed in a beautiful dove-tailed wood display case and has glow in the dark phosphorescent hands. It has a Swiss 7 Jewel LeCoultre movement and the case back is marked Longines-Whittnauer Watch Co. The box measures 4" by 4" by 2 1/8". T is a slip inside dated 1966, probably from its last service. As you can see from the pictures, this is an incredible time piece in excellent condition. T is some residue on the back and on the case that would probably clean up. We have seen a number of these marked Jaeger LeCoultre or Longines-Whittnauer but have not seen one with LeCoultre Longines-Whittnauer. The face of the clock is marked 8 Days and A.F.U.S. Army TYPE A-11 in ghost lettering. The dial is nearly 2" across. If you have any further questions please ask prior to bidding. Please view pictures for exact condition and what is included. Shipping will be $4.99 for secure packing and postage to the lower 48 states. Payment, Shipping, Returns, & Policies We expect payment to be made in a timely manner, no longer than 7 days from the auction closing
