WWII P-38 FIGHTER AIRPLANE SEXY-NOSE ART & PILOT PHOTO! A beautiful historically significant photo taken during World War II. A P-38 Bomber airplane with its pilot and officer. Great nose art-the pilots girlfriend is named Dot-whom he married when he got home from the war. This plane and pilot were the first aircraft to land in Russia after the war. This is a F-5C Reconnaisance variant of the P-38. It is unarmed. Dot-Dash was assigned to 7th Photo Recon Group, Serial Number 42-67128. P-38 model J-5-LO in the serial # series 67128/67132 were converted to F-5C-1-LO recon aircraft by Lockheed. It is a razor sharp and clear 8 X 10 inch black and white with white border glossy real photo. A high quality photo that you will love! Professionally reproduced from the original photo.
