Up for bid is a WWII U. S. Naval Aviator Green Uniform with the name of H.B. Caudill and is dated January 3, 1943. It includes the Tunic, Pants, Shirt, Belt, Overseas Cap and Service Cap. The Tie is not included (The mannequin is not included.) The Tunic and Pants do not have size tags in them. It was tailored by Hamilton in Cincinnati and has his initials H.B.C. embroidered in it. The Tunic measures 17 1/4 inches across from shoulder to shoulder, 24 inches from the shoulder seam to the bottom of the cuff, 34 inch waist, 41 inch chest, and is 30 inches long from the collar seam to the bottom of the tunic. It has Ensign rank on the sleeves and a pair of Bullion Wings. It has one small moth nip on the collar that I could hardly see. The Pants have a button closure and measure 30 inches at the waist with an additional 2 inches that could be let out, and a 30 inch inseam and21 1/2 inch hem that could be let out. The Khaki Shirt has a tag that says Regulation Military Shirt and measures Shoulder to Shoulder 18 1/2 inches, Sleeve Length from the shoulder seam to the bottom of the cuff 23 inches, chest 44inches, waist is 41 inches and the neck is 15 inches. It does have a lot of staining which looks like rusting. I did not try to clean it, I will leave that up to you. The Service Cap was made by Bancroft Uniforms and is a 7 1/8. It looks read more
