U. S. ARMY WOMAN'S working uniform - nurse's scrub dress This is a WW2 #Woman US Army wrap-around scrub dress, size 14. I cannot guess what tiny size that might be today, but I measured it flat across the back - the front is a little more flexible. It measures from seam to seam across the shoulders: 1inches. Across the back from under arm seam to seam is approx. 20 inches. Down the middle of the back (not including collar) from neck to waist is 16 ¼ inches. I would probably call this dress a size medium. This short-sleeved dress has two faux breast pockets and one pocket on the skirt. T are two modesty ties at the waist and skirt to secure it from peep shows. T is a hook and eye at the waist and in addition t is a free hanging tie belt. It is brown and white seersucker. This dress has been packed away for more than 20 years. I originally bought it to wear to military vehicle shows with my WWII JEEP until I found some more interesting outfits. This dress is very nearly perfect with no stains or rips that I could find. However it is not new; it is "used" and it is being sold in "AS-IS" condition. It would make a terrific ( for the foreign speaking viewers the word "terrific" is American slang and does not come from the word terror nor horrific.
